K&S Cleaning Terms of Service.

Before scheduling a cleaning with us please read through our terms and services.

K&S Cleaning is open Monday through Friday 10 am-6 pm, and on Sunday from 10 am-3 pm. We offer most types of cleaning including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-out cleaning, and even something as simple as a single room. Anything not offered within a bundle can be quoted, just contact us either by email or by phone. We sincerely cannot wait to lift some stress off your shoulders.

Fees:

For different types of cleans, we have different fees. When asking us to do your dishes we do include a fee of 25 dollars. Another fee like this is the fee we have if we are moving and cleaning under your furniture which would cost you 15 dollars. This is not only for liability reasons but, this is also so that if we break something of yours we have coverage. Anything you buy Al a Carte could be considered a fee, this is because most of these things come with an added liability.

Extra:

Another thing that needs to be covered is why we do bundles. The reason we do bundle pricing is so that what you see is what you get. When you choose a cleaning bundle you get everything in that bundle and everything that is included in every bundle. If you want us to do your laundry it is important to note that we DO NOT hang laundry. This is because we don’t know where things go, once again liability reasons. Also if we are cleaning your oven, PLEASE the night before use your clean oven setting (if you have it), this just helps make our lives easier. We do have quoted items, if you don’t feel that something is fairly priced contact us, maybe we can figure something out.

Subscription Policy:

After your first cleaning if you would like to do a subscription with us you get a discount. By choosing to do a monthly cleaning you get 50 dollars off your scheduled cleanings. If you choose to do a bi-weekly cleaning then you get 100 dollars off every scheduled cleaning.

Cancelation/ rescheduling Policy:

Please give us at least a 24-hour notice if you are canceling a cleaning or a 48-hour notice if you are wanting to reschedule your cleaning. If you have Covid please give us notice so we can reschedule your cleaning for the soonest possible date. If you need to reschedule your cleaning please give us at least a 28-hour notice, so that we can reschedule your cleaning. If we are not notified on rescheduling the cleaning 48hrs in advance, you will be charged a fee of $50. Please contact us through phone number. We can be reached at (970)-817-3651, or (970)-573-9741.
